Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective bags are intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
